Terms of service

These terms govern your use of www.nortemesacoffee.com (the “Site”) and purchases from Norte Mesa Coffee, a brand operated by Global NE LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We try to describe products accurately; tasting notes describe flavor characteristics and don't mean added flavorings. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but price changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if we can't ship to the destination — and will refund any amount charged.

Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We don't store full card details on our systems.

Shipping, risk and title

Delivery times are estimates. Shipping, customs and returns are covered by our Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Intended use

Products are sold for personal consumption. Coffee contains caffeine (except decaffeinated products, which contain trace amounts).

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
