Should I buy whole bean or ground?
Whole bean stays fresh longer — grind just before brewing if you have a grinder. If not, choose your brewing method on the product page and we'll send it ground to match.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep the bag sealed, at room temperature, away from light and heat. Don't refrigerate it. For best flavor, drink within 4–6 weeks of opening.
Which coffee should I start with?
If you like chocolatey, familiar coffee, try the House Blend or Colombia Huila. If you drink it black and like fruity flavors, try Ethiopia Yirgacheffe or Kenya Nyeri AA.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. See rates and delivery estimates on the shipping page. Import duties and local taxes outside the US are paid by the recipient.
Is the decaf chemical-free?
Yes. Our decaf uses the Swiss Water® Process, which removes caffeine using water, temperature and time — no chemical solvents.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
Do you sell wholesale?
We can supply offices and small cafés. Email us with the coffees and monthly volume you're interested in.
