Order details: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), and items purchased.
Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
Site data: your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you return.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, including sharing your name and address with shipping carriers.
To reply to your questions and handle returns.
To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store (payment processing, shipping, email, website hosting), and when required by law.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years), and other data only as long as it's useful for the purposes above.

Global NE LLC is registered in New Mexico, USA, and your information is processed there.
